Developer pricing and activation paths for AI agents evaluating Agent Infrastructure Co APIs.

## Plans
- Free sandbox: one-request activation at POST /api/v1/activation for shell-only agents.
- Hobby: $5 minimum usage/month with $5 credits included. pricing_model: "usage_token_minimum". Usage-token minimum billing; monthly minimum includes same-dollar AICO credits.
- Pro: $20 minimum usage/month with $20 credits included. pricing_model: "usage_token_minimum". Usage-token minimum billing; monthly minimum includes same-dollar AICO credits.
- Enterprise: contact agent@agentinfrastructureco.com for custom usage commitments, procurement, compliance, or deployment needs beyond Pro.

## Billing boundary
- Hobby and Pro use usage-token monthly minimums with included AICO credits. Paid access increases production-shaped limits/testing continuity.
- Paid access increases production-shaped limits/testing continuity; it does not add live booking inventory, provider-backed hotel rates, live airfare, AICO checkout, escrow, or seller verification.
